Vasili’s restaurant pays homage to the warmth and charm of our Papou Vasili (Papou is Greek for grandfather & Vasili for Bill). Vasili is the father-in-law of our restaurant’s creator, Scott Harris and Dad to his beautiful wife, Dana. Loved by many and revered by all, Papou’s life & legacy is the inspiration for Vasili’s hearth-fired Mediterranean fare. A man of great wisdom, Papou Vasili believes when in doubt, more olive oil. Papou’s passion for flavorful cooking began at his mother’s table but blossomed at his father’s restaurant. Inspired by delicious family recipes cooked over a blazing hearth, surrounded by loved ones and friends, this passion remains true today.
